4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Full ownership of the deliverables transfers to you after full payment.
• Usage Rights: Until full payment is made, we retain all rights to the work delivered.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project information, client data, and any proprietary content.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment: You must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Deliverables: We will provide any work completed and paid for.

7. Liability

• Indirect Damages: We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses.
• Service Disruptions: We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, New Delhi.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
